Purchases, Payment & Refunds

These terms apply to all paid programs, sessions, and offerings—including but not limited to Coaching Packages, Book Contracts, The JOYful ReWrite, The Magnetic Writing Path, Creative Clarity Calls, and Day and Week of Voxer sessions.
Pricing and payment terms, including any deposit or installment schedule, are those shown at checkout for each offering. Where a program is offered as a reservation plus a balance, the remaining balance is due as described at checkout (for The JOYful ReWrite, the balance is due upon delivery of your ReWrite Letter).
All payments are non-refundable. Because this is bespoke, time-reserved work, your place is held and preparation begins upon purchase. If your circumstances change, you may reschedule your start once within 90 days of purchase; reservations not scheduled within 90 days are forfeited.
By completing your purchase and agreeing to these Terms at checkout, you accept this non-refundable policy.

They are not therapy, counseling, or medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and are not a substitute for care from a licensed professional. If you are experiencing a mental-health crisis or need professional support, please consult a qualified provider. Results vary and are not guaranteed.

Information you share through questionnaires, messages, and sessions is kept confidential and used solely to create your personalized work. We do not sell or share your personal information.
